The top edge continuous caster for best purity & homogeneity casts and widest temperature range
Continuous casting machines with one or two stations to manufacture wires, sheets or tubes as semi-finished goods. Quantities of 0,5 up to 60 kg 18 ct Au are possible per charge. The standard temperature range is up to 1.450°C, high temperature versions up to 2.000°C. Material properties are controlled and optimised by four-zone temperature regulation. A four wheel drawing system allows casting of multiple and complex forms. The machine’s operation is effected via big touch screen. Security mechanism guarantees high operator safety, such as a molten metal outflow preventer.
