Precision casting machines for mid-sized non-ferrous metal parts with vacuum pressure technology
Completely automatic precision casting machines with swivelling barrel for mid-sized shell-, sand- and solid moulds. The ACU-models are engineered for aluminium casting, the RP-model are additionally made for copper alloys and precious metal casting.
The systems allow melt treatment. To achieve a better filling of the mould, casting with vacuum and vacuum-pressure technology is possible. Feeding can be improved by a strong post casting pressure. The casting process is set and monitored by means of a clear text display.
