Three model lines in four fields of application - the individual solution for your casting application 

Our new VPC Family is individual to the customer: classic, power, supreme - exactly the way you need it. Table-top casting units, automatic, program automatic or computerized: Schultheiss casting machines can now be composed individually - according to your special desires and requirements.

The three model lines Classic, Power and Supreme offer casting solutions in different versions. Starting from vacuum pressure casting units for basic requirements to mid-class and high-performance machines with every available application.

Classic – the entry in our product lines. Equipped with all the necessary functions for making good castings. These machines are designed for smaller production volumes and therefore offer adequate power and smaller crucible capacity.
Power – the working machine. Designed for heavy duty production. Set up with a big power and a large crucible volume, this machine suits for demanding customers looking for short cycletimes and brilliant results.
Supreme – the benchmark of casting machines. Fully equipped with all optional features, this product line meets any requirement easily. It is suited for production, trials and research.

Classic – the access to our model lines. Equipped with all the required functions to achieve good casting results. These machines are apt for smaller production volumes and thus offer performance at lower crucible volumes.

 

Power – the workhorse among casting machines. Designed for mass production. With high main power und larger crucible volumes, these machines perfectly matches the discerning customer who demands short cycle times and brilliant results.

 

Supreme – the benchmark for casting machines. Fully equipped with all the optional features, this model line easily complies with every requirement. Perfectly apt for production, trials and research.
