The MG series of Schultheiss‘ continuous casting machines offer great flexibility. It has been specially manufactured for in-house production and enables optimal production on a medium scale. Advanced Process Control.
The MG Series system not only controls the crucible and die temperature but also a variety of drawing parameters and sequences. This is made possible by a built-in closed-loop control that monitors current data throughout the process. Detailed records of all operations, including dates and times, and direct comparisons of actual and expected results provide complete transparency of your operation.
High-Performance Casting Machine.
This machine is a continuous caster that offers a larger production scale compared to the MC series. To facilitate the work, it casts automatically without human intervention, i.e. after filling the machine with the material, the work is carried out automatically. In addition, the machine has a number of safety features that allow saving casting material at the same time. Compared to similar casting machines we claim to have the fastest melting time.
