Whether it’s a 2-color or a multi-color design, a flat or milled design, the RS 100 seamlessly, reliably, and reproducibly assembles the blanks at high pressure at the right temperature and under perfect inert conditions. This complete process is perfectly controlled and monitored by the machine‘s PLC system. For the operator, it‘s just a push of a button.
Continuous and Reliable Casting.
This machine and generally all products of the RS Series use the sintering technology instead of the casting technology. This allows to weld together metal parts which make it possible to create for instance multicolored rings. With the RS 100, it is possible to sinter 12-13 rings per hour at a temperature of 1,000 °C / 1,200 °C. However, there are optional features that can be included in the sintering process. Additionally, continuous casting is possible with this machine.
