Series Production of a Large Number.
Efficient use of technical potential is what the RS 200 is designed for. Using the same technical process as the RS 100, this unit is made for mass production. While the first job is cooling in one sintering station under a controlled atmosphere, the generator is already heating the second sintering station and preparing it for the joining process. In this way, production capacity is doubled, with only one machine and one operator needed.
Wedding Rings with Perfect Results.
The RS 200 is the perfect machine for large-scale production because the operation is 100% automated which facilitates work. It sinters the parts without losing anything of the material and has a capacity of 24-72 rings per hour at a temperature of 1,000 °C / 1,200 °C. However, this machine offers the possibility to include optional features, for example, an “optimized Mokume Gane die” and it is also possible to use continuous casting.
