Real Time Control.
The advanced technology of the RF 502 from Schultheiss enables accurate monitoring during burnout in real time. The screen displays the current temperature and flask position and saves the data of the whole burnout process. This functionality greatly facilitates process optimization. In addition, sources of error can be quickly detected and eliminated so that the burnout can be continued quickly and reliably.
Outstanding Temperature Control.
The RF 50x is equipped with a heating system that allows equal heating of the flask chamber. The special design ensures that less energy is stored and thus reduces energy consumption to a minimum. Safety is the priority during burnout. Therefore, the RF 50x has a beneficial design that ensures safety even at high temperatures. To guarantee safety even in case of a sudden loss of power while heating, a power loss recovery function is included which keeps the furnace in this situation safe. The additional safety temperature control ensures a safe burnout process by two built-in temperature controllers. These ensure that the maximum temperature is not exceeded even if one of the two controllers should fail. Therefore, high safety and high quality are guaranteed in the whole production process and every situation.
