The RF 402 is the perfect solution for small to medium production volumes. Despite its smaller size, it has all the features and functions of the larger RF furnaces while still being space saving. The efficient design of the heating system reduces energy consumption to a minimum and makes our rotating furnace a reliable system for flask burnout.
Easy to Use.
Thanks to the integrated functions and the modern monitoring processes, high quality is always guaranteed, as sources of error can be quickly detected. With the help of the integrated touch screen, it is possible to control what the machine is doing in real time and which production process is running. At the same time, the data is stored, which enables process optimization even after the burnout process has been completed. The integrated pneumatic door opener, ensures that the door is only held open as shortly as possible for opening and closing the furnace door. Therefore energy can be saved.
Kind and Energy-Efficient Flask Burnout.
RF 402 II is optimized at its best. The oven contains a stainless steel container inside, which allows an equal distribution of temperature. The heating elements distribute the heat evenly in the furnace to ensure the same temperature throughout the machine. This allows the flasks to be gently burned out and better results to be achieved.
