Safe and Automated.
For optimum heat distribution, the RF 60x has two heating systems that are regulated independently of each other. This ensures an even temperature distribution throughout the entire flask chamber, which leads to optimum results. The RF is also well equipped for emergencies. If the power fails, the intelligent system can determine at which point it should continue as soon as the power is restored. This can greatly minimize time loss. The RF 60x has an additional temperature control element. This ensures that the maximum temperature is not exceeded, even if a single element fails. Through the integrated windows-based touchscreen, the entire burnout process can be precisely controlled and monitored, so that the desired goal can be optimally achieved.
Sophisticated Product Design.
The well thought out product design of the RF60x Rotating furnaces ensures that energy consumption can be reduced to a minimum. The pneumatic door opener, for example, contributes to this. It ensures that the door is only held open as shortly as possible for opening and closing the furnace door. In addition, the position indicator recognizes which flask is in which position and ensures easy handling of the flasks after burnout. A stainless steel container makes the RF a reliable partner, as the steam that rises during the burnout process cannot settle on the heating system. This protects the heating system in the long term and keeps it functional.
